1. Digital Nature of Services

• All products, courses, video lectures, mock tests, and study materials offered on our platform are digital in nature.
• Upon successful payment confirmation, course access is granted instantly or within a specified time frame. Because of the instant digital delivery and access to proprietary content, all sales are final.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Once an order is successfully placed and course access is unlocked or activated, orders cannot be cancelled.
• If you have made a duplicate payment or experienced a technical error resulting in multiple charges for the same course, please contact us immediately for investigation and resolution.

3. Refund Policy

• No Refunds: Generally, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits once a course has been purchased, accessed, or downloaded.
• Exceptions: Refunds may be considered only under exceptional circumstances, such as:
   
  • A technical failure on our platform that permanently prevents you from accessing the purchased course content, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Duplicate transactions charged due to a payment gateway error.
• Any approved refund will be processed and credited back to the original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.
